Bright Bean Health, Founder, Womens Wellness Consultant
Stefanie Adler, founder of Bright Bean Health, is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Natural Chef, Wellness Coach and Birth Doula. She has been passionate about health and wellness, and the relationship between diet and health since a young age when she healed years of digestive trouble with dietary modifications. After completing her Bachelor's Degree in Conflict Resolution abroad, Stefanie knew she wanted to take her passion for health and wellness further. She enrolled in Bauman College's two-year Holistic Nutrition program to expand her knowledge in nutritional science, learn about various health conditions and illnesses, and dive deeper into using a holistic approach when working with her clients and the community. During this time Stefanie began to further explore the world of Family Wellness, discovering the impact of diet and other factors in the home on children's health and behavior. Stefanie has a specialty in women's hormones and gut health. Driven by her desire to further support women on their wellness journeys and her admiration for the strength in the female body, she decided to participate in a Birth Doula training in 2018 from Natural Resources in San Francisco.
Stefanie teaches her clients the importance of balance and makes a holistic lifestyle attainable for all with her highly-customized programs tailored to meet each of her client's specific needs + goals. She specializes in helping her clients form healthy relationships with food, creating a sustainable lifestyle around healthy living, and working together to find the root cause of factors that may be contributing to their current state of being. Stefanie empowers others to be their most authentic selves through health and wellness, as when the body is working with you, your potential is limitless.
Stefanie’s primary work focus includes 1:1 client sessions, educational retreats, corporate trainings, and online podcasts/courses. In the past year, her teaching pursuits have centered primarily around the female body and cycle syncing, as that's where she found her clients were needing her most.
Q & A
What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?
I grew up in a household where both of my parents were entrepreneurs. My mom is an inspiration for female entrepreneurship and I’ve always wanted to follow in her footsteps! After going back to school for a second degree in holistic nutrition I just knew that I wanted to go out on my own! ( I also didn’t want to wear pantyhose to work anymore!)
What does success mean to you?
Success to me can be measured in so many ways. Right now, Success means finding joy and balance in the everyday. Getting to show up and do the work that I feel called to do, while also holding space for many moments of laughter and connection with loved ones.
