Finding Your Trail
Finding Your Trail is a movement revolution and a community. Groups of women come together for a 6 week course and during that time, I challenge them physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Hi! I am a mother of two great kids, married to my best friend, a foodie, and I love being in the great outdoors!I went back to school a couple of years ago to become a health coach and it was here that I found my trail, working alongside women to bring out all their goodness out in nature is where I feel most alive, so Finding Your Trail was born!
Q & A
What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?
After the loss of my mom to cancer over 20 years, I was paralyzed and needed to find a way out of the grief that followed me through most of my adulthood, I found hiking to be my moving therapy and needed to find out what hiking had to teach me. I really wanted to share this experience with others and to help them with their own struggles and challenges through the healing powers of nature and mind/body connection. I have always felt pulled to do something greater, to be a part of a movement and to create real change. I felt for quite some time that something was missing in my life- and it was that I found my own voice. By using my voice, it has helped others find their own. What I have learned through my education and life experience is that showing up as myself, and speaking from my heart, a ripple effect has been created. A deeper connection with women who crave more in their own lives.
What does success mean to you?
I often tell people, "GO WHERE YOU FEEL ALIVE" because that is where the magic happens. I feel success is when you find that certain something that truly makes your heart sing and where you feel most alive. It is all about why we are here on this earth, to find our truth, our passion and our purpose, all while I am building this awesome community here in our own backyard, our beautiful trails on these amazing mountains!
