The Happy Space Company
Home + Office Organization The Happy Space is a Los Angeles based lifestyle and organizational company. We believe in simplicity and down-to-earth solutions that the entire family will benefit from. Our philosophy is that an organized and clutter-free home changes the lives of the people living under its roof. When order is created, it frees up time for creativity, productivity, relaxation, and quality time with loved ones.
Pacific Palisades, CA
Jordan Moore + Courtney Lewis are the team behind The Happy Space. The two best friends often discussed and strategized (over lots of coffee) about how to manage the stress-inducing clutter in their Pacific Palisades beach bungalows. Through trial and error they came up with simple systems to organize all the papers, possessions, and personal effects throughout their homes. Soon their friends began asking for their help and when those friends began referring others, they opened their doors for business. With backgrounds in interior design, project management and community service, Courtney and Jordan collaborate with their clients to create customized Happy Spaces. They specialize in practical organizing solutions, decluttering, and establishing systems that help you live a more peaceful life. Clients report that hiring The Happy Space has reduced their stress, saved them time and money, and increased their productivity.
Q & A
What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?
I am a serial entrepreneur, having grown several businesses over the past two decades. From each venture I learn, grow and apply those lessons to the next. The Happy Space is the perfect blend of all of my hobbies and interests and I can't believe I get to work as a professional organizer every day.
What does success mean to you?
A successful business for me is one where I can help people and truly make a difference in their life, spend my days enjoying the relationships I make within that business, and the freedom to work where/when I want.
Who inspires you?
My business partner, Courtney Lewis inspires me on the daily. We push each other to try new things and look at things in new ways, and the end result is usually exponentially better than where we started.
What is your favorite quote?
In just about all aspects of my life, I liveby the quote "Less is more" which can be attributed to Mies Van Der Rohe
