Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Physical Health

910 Via De La Paz Suite 104, Pacific Palisades CA 90272

I began working in Mental Health at a very young age. I was just 18 years old and yet even then I knew that health meant so much more than just working out or eating right. Since then I have earned many licenses and certifications in order to honor my clients and treat the whole person.
Here are some:
Registered Nurse (Specializing in Mental Health Crisis)
Clinical Hypnotherapist
Certified Personal Trainer
TRX Qualified Coach
Registered Yoga Teacher
Certified NLP Life Coach
Certified Hypnosis in Sports Performance and Peak
Certified Hypnosis and Weight Loss Specialist
Certified TimeLine Coaching™
Certified DreamSculpting Coach®
Certified Communications and Life Mastery Specialist
Certified Reiki Master
In my opinion, the four pillars of health are: mental, emotional, spiritual and physical. Like a tent, when one anchor is not rooted, the others bare the brunt of the work to keep grounded. Eventually they too weaken and break. The focus of my treatments is to resolve the immediate need/crisis and then look at the weakness caused by the loose anchor and treat the whole person. It is my deepest belief that in order to treat any condition justly, the whole person and all four health pillars need to be assessed, addressed and treated.
